After completing registration and payment, requests for refund or class transfer due to personal reasons will not be accepted. 2. Please wear sportswear and bring your own water and towel. 3. If Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning is still hoisted 2 hours before class, all instructor training courses or workshops will be cancelled. The Association will notify students separately of the makeup class date and time. 4. Registering and attending the Association's instructor training courses or workshops represents that the participant does not suffer from any serious chronic illness or injury unsuitable for any exercise, and has not been advised against attending by any professional (such as a doctor or physiotherapist). The participant agrees to bear full responsibility for any injury or damage resulting from personal negligence, understands and agrees to follow reasonable instructions from Association staff. 5. In case of any dispute, the Association reserves the right to make the final decision. 6. The Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance is in effect. Information provided by you will only be used by the Hong Kong Stretching Exercise Association for future contact and correspondence. Except for authorized personnel of the Association, it will not be provided to third parties. * The above tuition fee includes the certificate fee issued by the Association (attendance must meet course requirements and examination must be passed). * SI Stretching Instructor Certificate is valid for 3 years. Other certificates are permanently valid.
