Knee Drive Gilde (KDG) products come with a 6-month Limited Warranty against manufacturer defects for items purchased directly from KneeDriveGilde.com, starting from the date of purchase. We will replace any product found to contain a manufacturer defect after inspection and will cover replacement shipping charges.

For products not purchased directly from KneeDriveGilde.com, please contact the seller to process your warranty claim.

Warranty Exclusions

• Products that have been modified in any way are not eligible for warranty.
• Products that are damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper application beyond normal training use are not covered.
• Normal wear and tear (such as surface scratches, color fading, or material fatigue due to regular usage) is not covered under this warranty.

Care Guidelines

To extend the lifespan of your KDG products, please follow these guidelines:

• Avoid exposing devices to prolonged extreme temperatures or direct sunlight.
• Do not leave products inside vehicles in hot conditions, as this may compromise material integrity.
• Store devices in a cool, dry place. If storing horizontally, ensure both ends are supported.
• Follow training instructions carefully—excessive or incorrect use may cause damage not covered by warranty.
• Always refer to official KDG training videos or certified KDG coaches for proper usage.
