Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery (applies to both domestic and international orders).
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refund.
• Original shipping costs (including taxes, duties, and VAT) are non-refundable.
• Non-refundable items include digital content, online courses, gift cards, and discounted/final sale products.
• Products that have been modified or damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return or exchange.

Refund Process

• Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
• If the order was not placed directly on KneeDriveGilde.run, please contact the original seller.

Our Responsibility

• If you receive the wrong product or a defective item, KDG will cover the return shipping and provide a prepaid return label.
• If the package is damaged in transit, we will reship the order at no additional cost.

Important Notes

• Packages lost by the shipping carrier are not eligible for a refund. Please contact the carrier with your tracking number.
• If the order was delivered to the wrong address due to customer error, KDG is not responsible for refunds or reshipments.
